Who can access billing information in my JazzHR account?

  1. JazzHR users granted Super Administrator privileges.

How do I find a copy of my invoice?

  1. If you are a Super Admin, click your initials in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click Account Information
  3. Scroll down to see your last 5 invoices in the system.
  4. If you are not a Super Admin, reach out to any Super Admin in your account or support@jazzhr.com.

How do I make changes to my account owner/billing contact?

You can contact support@jazzhr.com and we can update your account owner. The billing contact can be updated by clicking your initials and clicking Update Billing Information.

How do I update my credit card?

Click your initials and click Update Billing information to enter in a new credit card.

How I cancel my account?

Contact support@jazzhr.com and we can help you process your cancellation. We do require 30 days notice before any cancellation.
